Return & Exchange
REFUNDWe do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
Returns and Exchanges
All products sold by KAALATHELABEL are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Every single piece designed & produced in the KAALATHELABEL Store goes through stringent quality checks.
Unevenness in the color and texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.
Any purchase can be exchanged for a damaged product received. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you with store credit valid for 60 days.

All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, on the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at help.kaalathelabel@gmail.com within 12 hours (max. 24 hours in an emergency) of receiving the order.
In case of either a damaged product return or exchange, please write to help.kaalathelabel@gmail.com with the subject: RETURNS. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.
KAALATHELABEL Store must be notified within two days of receipt of clothes about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 10 days. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer. Please send us back the piece as it is packed with tags, labels, and packaging.
If the piece is not received in the desired condition, we are authorized to take any decision. Also, no refunds shall be made.
The amount will be given as credit to the shop within 60 days if the exchange is accepted.
CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel your order, write to us within 12 hours of placing the order at help.kaalathelabel@gmail.com
